5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate booking and contact details
Use services only for lawful purposes
Treat service providers respectfully
Make timely payments as agreed
Users must not:
Misuse the platform
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt or hack the system
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers are responsible for:

Maintaining professionalism and conduct

7. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed on the platform or agreed upon during booking
Payments may be processed through the platform or directly to service providers
DoItMyService may charge a platform fee or commission
All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service
Refund eligibility depends on service type and circumstances
No refund may be provided for completed services unless proven unsatisfactory
9. Limitation of Liability
DoItMyService is not liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages arising from service usage
Actions, negligence, or misconduct of service providers
Delays, interruptions, or service failures
Users engage with service providers at their own discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, logos, design, and software, is the property of DoItMyService and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DoItMyService, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
Remove any content or user activity deemed inappropriate
Deny access to the platform without prior notice
13. Modifications to Terms
DoItMyService may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

VENDOR ONBOARDING AGREEMENT
1. Agreement Overview
This Vendor Onboarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DoItMyService (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) and the Service Provider / Vendor (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”). By registering or onboarding on the platform, the Vendor agrees to all terms mentioned herein.
2. Eligibility & Verification
The Vendor confirms that all information, documents, and credentials submitted are true and valid. The Platform reserves the right to verify identity, business details, and qualifications at any time. Submission of false information may result in immediate rejection or termination.
3. Nature of Relationship
The Vendor is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of DoItMyService. The Platform acts only as a digital intermediary connecting customers and vendors.
4. Service Commitment
The Vendor agrees to provide services professionally, maintain quality standards, follow safety guidelines, and fulfill bookings accepted through the platform.
5. Onboarding Requirements
Vendor must provide required documents including identity proof, address proof, bank details, service category details, and any applicable licenses. Approval is subject to platform verification.
6. Payment & Commission
All payments shall be processed through or tracked by the platform. DoItMyService may deduct commission, platform charges, penalties, and applicable fees. Payment to Vendor will be made only after successful receipt from the customer.
7. Wallet & Payout System
Vendor earnings may be held in a platform wallet for a defined period before payout. The Platform may adjust refunds, penalties, or disputes from the wallet balance or future earnings.
8. Refund & Liability Clause
In case of service failure, poor quality, no-show, or damages, the Vendor shall be fully liable for refund or compensation. The Platform has full authority to deduct such amounts from Vendor earnings. DoItMyService bears zero financial liability in such cases.
9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Vendor must not cancel accepted bookings without valid reason. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to penalties, suspension, or termination.
10. Code of Conduct
Vendor shall maintain professionalism, avoid abusive behavior, follow ethical practices, and ensure customer satisfaction. Misconduct may lead to strict action.
11. Anti-Bypass Clause
Vendor shall not engage with customers outside the platform for services discovered through DoItMyService. Any bypass attempt will result in penalties, suspension, or permanent ban.
12. Ratings & Performance Monitoring
Vendor performance will be monitored based on ratings, reviews, and service completion. Poor performance may result in reduced visibility, penalties, or account suspension.
13. Damage & Risk Responsibility
Vendor is solely responsible for any property damage, injury, or loss caused during service delivery. Vendor must bear all costs and liabilities.
14. Indemnity Clause
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DoItMyService from any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from Vendor services.
15. Account Suspension / Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor access at any time due to policy violations, fraud, complaints, or legal risks.
16. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Vendor shall not misuse customer data or share personal information. Breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action and permanent ban.
17. Platform Rights
DoItMyService reserves full rights to modify policies, commission structure, onboarding rules, and platform features at any time without prior notice.
18. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction and the Platform’s decision shall be final and binding.
19. Acceptance & Consent
By completing onboarding, the Vendor confirms acceptance of all terms, policies, and conditions of DoItMyService.
Final Declaration
The Vendor acknowledges that DoItMyService is only a technology platform and shall not be liable for any service-related issues, losses, or damages. All responsibilities shall be solely borne by the Vendor.
