Delete Your DoItMyService Account

This page explains how customers and service providers can delete their DoItMyService account and the data linked to it. DoItMyService is operated by Rule Worldwide Softech Private Limited, Muktanagar, Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.

Option 1 – Delete from the app

1. Open the DoItMyService app (or the Do-It Provider / Do-It Serviceman app) and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request. You will be logged out and your account will be closed.

Option 2 – Request by email

If you cannot access the app, write to grievance@doitmyservice.com from your registered email address, or mention your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and profile photo
• Saved addresses and location data
• Login details and device tokens used for notifications
• Wallet and referral information, after any balance is settled
• Chat messages linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

Some records must be kept by law even after an account is deleted:

• Booking records, payment records and GST invoices are kept for the period required under GST and income tax laws.
• Records connected to an open complaint, dispute, refund or legal claim are kept until it is resolved.

These records are stored securely, are not used for marketing, and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Timeline

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. Before deleting, please make sure you have no ongoing bookings, pending refunds or wallet balance. A deleted account cannot be restored.
