This Agreement is intended to govern participation on DoItMyService by an approved independent service provider (individual or business) and Rule Worldwide Softech Private Limited, the platform operator. The provider's confirmed onboarding details and any accepted commercial schedule will identify the parties and services covered.
The provider operates as an independent service provider and is not automatically an employee, agent or partner of the platform solely by accepting this Agreement. The real operational and legal relationship will determine any applicable statutory obligations.
The provider must submit truthful identity, contact, bank, business and service-category details, together with licenses, registrations or certifications required for the services actually offered. Approval may depend on appropriate verification. Misrepresentation or fraudulent documents may result in rejection or suspension.
The provider must carry out accepted bookings competently, courteously and safely, use suitable equipment, respect the customer's property and comply with applicable laws. The provider should not delegate work where prohibited or use unauthorized workers for regulated tasks.
Accepted bookings should be honored as confirmed. Material delays, inability to attend, changes of personnel, work scope or pricing should be promptly communicated through approved platform channels. Repeated no-shows and unjustified cancellations may trigger the proportionate measures disclosed in current platform policies.
Only approved service prices, disclosed fees and additional charges accepted by the customer may be collected. Providers must not misrepresent quotations or demand undisclosed charges.
DoItMyService charges a commission of 20% on the service amount of every completed booking, excluding taxes. The commission is shown in the Provider app for each booking and is deducted from the Provider's earnings before payout. Any change in the commission rate will be notified at least 15 days in advance by email or in-app message, and will apply only to bookings accepted after the change takes effect.
Customers may pay online through the platform or in cash after service. For online payments, the Provider's earnings for completed bookings are settled to the Provider's registered bank account within 7 days, after deducting commission, applicable taxes and any amount payable by the Provider. For cash-after-service bookings, the Provider collects the full amount from the customer; the commission on such bookings is adjusted against the next payout or must be paid by the Provider on request. Tax deductions or collections required under GST and income tax laws are made from payouts and shown in the Provider's statement in the app.
DoItMyService does not currently charge a security deposit. If a deposit is introduced in future, its amount, purpose and refund terms will be notified in advance and will apply only after the Provider's acceptance.
The provider should reasonably cooperate with investigation of customer complaints and submit supporting evidence. Refund or loss recovery from the provider should relate to responsibility established for the specific incident, applicable law and the published commercial/dispute process. Blanket automatic liability or unilateral deductions are not approved by this draft.
The provider must promptly report incidents and cooperate in lawful resolution. Responsibility for damage, personal injury or loss will be assessed based on the facts, applicable law and any agreed insurance or indemnification provisions. Required licenses and insurance must be maintained where applicable.
Providers must behave respectfully and protect the integrity of bookings. Any restriction on off-platform solicitation or misuse of customer leads must be proportionate, clearly scoped and reviewed for enforceability. Any sanction must be published and subject to an appropriate review process.
Service completion, customer feedback, substantiated complaints and policy compliance may be used in performance assessment. Any reduction in visibility, account restrictions or penalties should be governed by clear, disclosed criteria with a route to challenge an error.
Customer information may be used only to fulfill authorized bookings and related legitimate requirements. Providers must take reasonable security measures, avoid unauthorized disclosure and report known data incidents through the designated process.
Serious safety risks, fraud or material policy breaches may justify restriction or termination, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, the provider should receive notice, reasons and an opportunity to respond. Outstanding legitimate payments and disputes must be handled under the agreed settlement process.
Material changes to commissions, deposits, penalties or settlement terms require appropriate notice and acceptance in accordance with applicable law. A blanket right to change every obligation without notice is not assumed.
Disputes should first be raised through the platform's published grievance mechanism, without removing any right to approach competent courts or authorities. Indian law and applicable jurisdiction rules apply. A statement that the platform's decision is automatically final and binding is not part of this review draft.
Before activation, the provider should be presented with the current Agreement and commercial schedule in a form they can read or download, and asked to provide affirmative consent. Record the agreed version, timestamp and authorized account; record additional evidence only as necessary and permitted by privacy law.
The current customer Customer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Customer Refund Policy may be relevant to the provider's operations. Provider-specific obligations and payment arrangements must be stated in the applicable provider documents.
