2. Customer Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking under the following conditions:

Before Service Confirmation: Full cancellation allowed without charges.

After Confirmation but Before Service Start: Cancellation may be allowed with applicable cancellation fees.

After Service Start: Cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

Late cancellations or repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on account usage.

3. Vendor Cancellation Policy

Service Providers must honor accepted bookings and shall not cancel without valid reason.

In case of cancellation by vendor:

Platform may assign an alternative provider.

Penalties may be imposed on the vendor.

Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees may apply depending on:

Time of cancellation

Service type

Vendor allocation and preparation cost

Platform reserves the right to deduct cancellation charges from customer payments or vendor earnings.

5. No-Show Policy

Customer No-Show: If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the booking may be marked as completed or cancelled without refund.

Vendor No-Show: Vendor will be penalized, and refund may be issued to the customer as per policy.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests must be made within the allowed time window.

Frequent rescheduling may be treated as cancellation.

7. Emergency Exceptions

In exceptional cases (medical emergency, natural events), cancellation penalties may be waived at the sole discretion of the platform.

8. Platform Rights

DoItMyService reserves the right to:

Modify cancellation rules at any time

Apply charges, penalties, or restrictions

Cancel bookings due to operational or safety reasons

9. Abuse & Misuse Clause

Any misuse of cancellation policies, including repeated cancellations or fraudulent behavior, may result in account suspension, penalty, or permanent ban.

10. Refund Linkage

All cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined as per refund rules.

11. Final Clause

DoItMyService reserves the right to make final decisions regarding cancellations, charges, and related disputes, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
