3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Cancellation & Refund Rules
Before Service Starts:
Full refund may be issued if cancelled within the allowed time window
Platform convenience fees may be non-refundable
After Service Starts:
No refund will be issued once the service has begun
Late Cancellation:

10. Service Provider Clause (Very Important for Protection)
Service providers are independent entities

12. No Guarantee Clause

14. All refund decisions made by DoItMyService shall be final and binding.
VENDOR / SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between DoItMyService (Platform Owner) and the Service Provider (Vendor / Individual / Company).

2. Nature of Relationship
The Service Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of DoItMyService. The Platform acts only as a technology intermediary. No employer-employee relationship exists.
3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to offer services listed on the platform, deliver services as per agreed standards, and accept bookings through the platform system.
4. Payment Terms
All payments shall be processed through or tracked by the platform. DoItMyService may deduct commission, platform fees, and penalties if applicable. DoItMyService is not liable to pay the vendor unless payment is successfully received from the customer.
5. Refund & Loss Recovery
In case of poor service, no-show, customer complaint, or damage caused, the vendor shall be fully responsible for the refund amount. DoItMyService may deduct such amounts from vendor earnings, adjust from future payouts, or recover via legal means. The Platform shall bear zero financial liability for refunds under any circumstances.
6. Service Quality & Conduct
The vendor must maintain professional behavior, deliver agreed service quality, follow safety standards, and avoid misconduct, fraud, or abuse.
7. Penalty & Fine System
DoItMyService reserves the right to impose penalties for late arrival, cancellation after acceptance, poor service rating, misbehavior, or bypassing the platform. Penalties may be deducted from wallet or future payouts.
8. Direct Deal Restriction
The vendor shall not contact or transact with customers outside the platform. Any attempt to bypass the platform will result in suspension, monetary penalty, or permanent ban.
9. Liability & Indemnity
The vendor agrees to fully indemnify DoItMyService against customer disputes, damages, legal claims, injuries, or third-party claims. All risks and liabilities arising from service delivery shall be solely borne by the vendor.
10. Damage & Responsibility
The vendor is responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or service-related loss and must bear compensation costs. Required licenses and insurance must be maintained where applicable.
11. Ratings & Platform Control
DoItMyService may monitor performance, control visibility, and suspend or remove vendors. Low ratings may result in penalties or deactivation.
12. Account Suspension / Termination
DoItMyService may suspend or terminate vendor access for policy violations, fraud, complaints, or legal risks without prior notice in critical cases.
13. Data & Confidentiality
The vendor shall not misuse or share customer data and must maintain confidentiality. Violation may result in legal action and permanent ban.
14. Platform Rights
DoItMyService reserves full rights to modify commission, policies, rules, and platform operations at any time.
15. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction and the platform’s decision shall be final and binding.
16. Force Majeure
DoItMyService shall not be liable for failures due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues.
17. Acceptance
By registering on the platform, the vendor agrees to all terms and confirms full legal understanding.
Final Clause
DoItMyService shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from vendor services. All such liabilities shall be solely borne by the Service Provider.
